We use market fresh portabella, cremini and shitake mushrooms and then roast them to perfection before we combine them with creamy ricotta and parmesan cheese for an amazing wild mushroom tortelloni.  This tortelloni is all natural and wrapped in our signature fresh egg semolina dough.
