Our medium florentine (spinach) agnolotti (half moon ravioli) is stuffed with market spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese with a touch of roasted garlic.  As always, this agnolotti is all natural and wrapped in our signature fresh egg and spinach striped semolina dough.
